Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate complex NYC routes efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with care while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and traffic regulations
- Complete delivery documentation and maintain vehicle maintenance logs
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
- Represent CitySwift with professionalism and reliability at every stop
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience in urban environments
- Clean MVR with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- DOT medical certification and ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
