Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles on established routes across Memphis metropolitan area
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt routes dynamically to ensure on-time deliveries
- Represent the company professionally through courteous customer interactions
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A/B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Basic knowledge of Memphis street networks and GPS navigation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
