Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products on scheduled routes throughout San Jose and surrounding areas
- Load/unload cargo with proper handling techniques and equipment operation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain customer signatures, and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to traffic regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean MVR (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and route navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer literacy for delivery tracking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
