Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and navigate San Jose routes using GPS technology
- Load/unload packages with precision and maintain organized inventory systems
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and collection interactions
- Complete delivery paperwork and digital tracking in real-time
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Adapt routes dynamically for traffic/weather conditions
- Collaborate with warehouse team for optimized loading schedules
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- 1+ year commercial driving or delivery experience
- Strong knowledge of San Jose geography and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shifts
- Proficient with smartphone navigation and delivery apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
