Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products on designated routes
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Optimize routes for efficiency while adhering to delivery schedules
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with Milwaukee metro area roads
