Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods and materials along designated routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize route efficiency to meet delivery deadlines while adhering to safety regulations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery issues and customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience with route familiarity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate warehouse equipment
- Strong time management skills with proven punctuality and reliability
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic proficiency in GPS navigation and route planning technology
- Pass background check and drug screening per DOT regulations
