Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles on assigned routes throughout San Francisco Bay Area
- Load/unload merchandise with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory verification
- Customer service-oriented with professional communication
- Pass background check and drug screening
