Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers using the GoRide app
- Maintain a clean, comfortable vehicle environment for all riders
- Adhere to all traffic laws and GoRide safety standards
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and rider requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance rider satisfaction
- Complete vehicle maintenance checks and cleanliness protocols
- Submit accurate trip documentation and earnings reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Smartphone proficiency and reliable personal vehicle
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Reliable internet access for app functionality
