Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers throughout Philadelphia using the PhillyRide Connect app
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Optimize routes using real-time traffic and passenger data
- Report earnings and maintain accurate trip records
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone running iOS or Android with reliable data connection
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Philadelphia streets and landmarks preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Proof of auto insurance meeting state requirements
