Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation services to riders via the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle with all required inspections and documentation
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with positive, professional interactions
- Complete trips accurately through the app and manage payments efficiently
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide's safety protocols
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and service requirements promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Minimum 21 years of age with proof of auto insurance meeting PA requirements
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and ability to use CityRide app
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection process
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia streets and landmarks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic smartphone troubleshooting capabilities
