Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Buffalo Rideshare app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve passenger concerns promptly
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Complete daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Track earnings and trips through our driver portal
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
