Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles in Charlotte metro area
- Maintain high vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance
- Optimize routes using app navigation for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve ride issues professionally
- Track and report earnings through the driver platform
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Personal vehicle model 2010+ in good condition
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
