Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the Charlotte rideshare app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Report earnings and vehicle maintenance through our driver portal
- Optimize routes to maximize passenger satisfaction and trip volume
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data connection
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- Strong knowledge of Charlotte streets and landmarks
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
