Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely transportation to riders using personal vehicle
- Maintain excellent customer service throughout each trip
- Optimize routes using app navigation to maximize efficiency
- Complete all trip requests promptly and professionally
- Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Report any incidents or vehicle maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and platform regulations
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- Smartphone proficiency with reliable data plan
- Pass background and vehicle inspection checks
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong knowledge of Boston metropolitan area
- Basic English communication skills
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2016 or newer
