Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following GPS navigation
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout every trip
- Complete vehicle inspections before and after each shift
- Adhere to Albuquerque traffic laws and rideshare regulations
- Optimize routes to maximize earnings and minimize wait times
- Report maintenance issues and accidents promptly
- Track earnings and mileage for tax reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010+ model, 4 doors)
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque metropolitan area
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Strong customer service communication skills
