Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Efficiently navigate Lincoln's roads using real-time GPS and traffic data
- Complete all trips accurately and report any incidents or concerns promptly
- Optimize earnings by strategically positioning during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in good mechanical condition
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and ability to use our driver app
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Lincoln area streets and landmarks
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak hours
