Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers using personal vehicle
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and positive interactions
- Optimize routes using navigation apps to ensure timely pickups/drop-offs
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Keep vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable
- Complete rideshare platform requirements and trip documentation
- Monitor vehicle performance and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must own a 4-door vehicle model 2010 or newer
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs area
