Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using the rideshare app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage/strollers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Raleigh-area navigation protocols
- Report earnings accurately through the driver portal
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
- Participate in peak-hour incentive programs
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record (3+ years)
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in excellent condition
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capabilities
