Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and punctually to their destinations using the RideConnect mobile app.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record throughout your employment.
- Greet passengers politely, assist with luggage, and ensure a comfortable ride experience.
- Keep your vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Respond to ride requests promptly and manage trip status updates within the application.
- Collect payments securely via the app and handle cash tips professionally.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns to the support team immediately.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or DUIs within the last 7 years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 model year or newer preferred).
- A current, active smartphone (iPhone or Android) for app access.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to navigate the Fort Worth area efficiently.
