Responsibilities
- Safe and timely transportation of riders using the CityRide app
- Maintain professional vehicle appearance and cleanliness standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during all rides
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation tools
- Complete all trips with 100% rider satisfaction
- Submit vehicle inspection reports monthly
- Participate in driver training and safety workshops
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer)
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability during peak hours (6-9 AM, 4-8 PM)
