Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders using the SwiftRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve rider inquiries professionally
- Optimize routes using the app's navigation system for efficient pickups/drop-offs
- Complete all rideshare trips punctually while adhering to local traffic laws
- Report maintenance issues or vehicle concerns promptly
- Track and report earnings accurately through the driver portal
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Must own a 4-door sedan, SUV, or minivan (model year 2010 or newer)
