Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicle
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly and professional interactions
- Optimize routes using GPS navigation to minimize wait times
- Report trip details, earnings, and vehicle status through our mobile platform
- Adhere to all traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with minimum 3 years experience
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and iOS/Android compatibility
- Personal vehicle (2015+ model) with 4+ doors and valid insurance
- Passionate about customer service and community engagement
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco streets and traffic patterns
- Minimum 21 years old with clean driving record
