Responsibilities
- Provide safe and courteous transportation services to riders across San Antonio
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety requirements
- Use the CityRide app to efficiently navigate routes and accept ride requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly interactions and professional conduct
- Complete trips safely and punctually while following all traffic regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents promptly through the platform
- Optimize earnings by strategically positioning during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older with reliable personal vehicle (4-door sedan, SUV, or minivan)
- Smartphone with latest iOS/Android and reliable data connection
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio streets and neighborhoods
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently while adhering to platform guidelines
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
