Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation services to riders via the GoRide app
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve rider inquiries
- Optimize routes for efficient pickup and drop-off
- Complete accurate trip documentation and payments
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Must own a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer preferred)
- Proof of auto insurance meeting Texas requirements
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of San Antonio area and navigation
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Must be 21+ years of age
