Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation to passengers using the designated rideshare platform.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle that meets our safety standards.
- Use mobile applications to accept rides, navigate routes, and process payments efficiently.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, local regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Greet passengers with a friendly demeanor and assist with luggage or other needs as required.
- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns to the support team immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.
- Proof of auto insurance and current vehicle registration.
- Clear driving record with no serious violations or DUIs within the last 3-5 years.
- Ownership of a 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) in good working condition.
- A reliable smartphone with internet connectivity for app usage.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
