Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following GPS navigation
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Complete trips efficiently while adhering to Pittsburgh traffic regulations
- Report earnings and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Participate in driver incentive programs and promotions
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Pittsburgh metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Must be 21+ years old
- Basic English proficiency
