Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the CityRide app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle for all rides
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude
- Efficiently navigate Fresno using GPS and traffic awareness
- Complete trips promptly while adhering to safety protocols
- Track earnings and trip details through our driver portal
- Report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
- Must be 21+ years old with clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010+ model, 4 doors)
- Current auto insurance meeting California requirements
- Smartphone with iOS/Android and reliable data connection
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- No rideshare experience required – full training provided
