Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on dedicated routes within a 500-mile radius of Pittsburgh
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and DOT compliance documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize delivery schedules and resolve route challenges
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication
- Adhere to all federal/state regulations and company safety protocols
- Utilize telematics systems to monitor vehicle performance and route efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with minimum 2 years OTR experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in ELD systems and basic navigation technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and route adaptability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass DOT physical requirements
- Previous dedicated route experience preferred
- Must pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
