Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using the CityRide Connect platform
- Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle and adhere to all safety standards
- Utilize navigation apps to optimize routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Track earnings and trip details through the driver portal
- Complete vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and CityRide Connect policies
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
- Access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in good condition
- Smartphone (iOS/Android) with reliable data connectivity
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app navigation
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Minimum age of 21 years
