Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently using the Madison Mobility app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle for all rides
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly interactions
- Follow all traffic laws and GPS navigation routes
- Report earnings and trip details through the mobile platform
- Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle maintenance standards
- Complete background check and vehicle inspection processes
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old with proof of auto insurance
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer model)
- Smartphone with GPS capability and data plan
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Basic smartphone navigation skills
- No commercial driving experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
