Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers using the SwiftRide app
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle appearance
- Efficiently navigate Reno's streets using GPS navigation tools
- Deliver exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Complete trips promptly while adhering to all traffic regulations
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and complete required inspections
- Monitor app availability and respond to ride requests promptly
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years old with reliable vehicle insurance
- Smartphone with iOS/Android capability and data plan
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Basic English proficiency for passenger communication
- Strong sense of direction and familiarity with Reno area
- No commercial driving experience required
- Reliable vehicle (4-door sedan or SUV, 2010+ model)
