Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles through the San Diego area
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and positive passenger interactions
- Optimize routes using our proprietary navigation app for maximum efficiency
- Complete trips promptly while adhering to all traffic regulations
- Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and presentable for all passengers
- Report earnings and trip details through our driver portal
- Participate in ongoing driver training programs to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Proof of personal auto insurance meeting California requirements
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Ability to work independently and manage personal schedule
- No major traffic violations in the past 3 years
