Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to riders using your personal vehicle
- Accept ride requests via mobile app and navigate efficiently to pickup/dropoff locations
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Complete trips in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws
- Track earnings and submit required documentation weekly
- Provide exceptional customer service to all riders
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door, in excellent condition)
- Smartphone with reliable data plan
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic smartphone proficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
