Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, professional vehicle appearance at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage
- Efficiently navigate Santa Ana and surrounding areas using GPS technology
- Complete trips accurately and submit ride reports through the driver app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Track earnings and maintain trip records
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) in good condition
- Proof of personal auto insurance and vehicle registration
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to download our driver app
- Pass a background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong communication skills and friendly, professional demeanor
- No commercial driving experience necessary – we train you!
