Responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and efficiently using the CityRide app
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete trips in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws
- Keep your vehicle clean and well-maintained for passenger comfort
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to support team
- Optimize routes to maximize earnings during peak hours
- Complete required vehicle inspections and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required - we provide full training
- Valid US driver's license with minimum 1-year clean record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone with data plan and ability to use mobile apps
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
