Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers using personal vehicles equipped with required safety gear
- Utilize our proprietary app to efficiently accept rides and navigate San Diego routes
- Maintain professional communication with riders and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete trips in a timely manner while adhering to all traffic regulations
- Report vehicle maintenance issues and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Optimize earnings by strategically positioning in high-demand areas
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of clean driving record
- Reliable 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer) passing vehicle inspection
- Smartphone with data capability and ability to download our driver app
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency and navigation skills
- Strong commitment to passenger safety and satisfaction
- No major moving violations in the past 3 years
