Responsibilities
- Provide safe and courteous transportation services to passengers in the Raleigh metropolitan area.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and presentable vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Use the mobile app efficiently to accept rides, navigate routes, and process payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by being polite, punctual, and professional.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) with valid registration.
- Smartphone capable of running rideshare applications.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
