Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers at their requested location and drop them off safely and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle interior and exterior.
- Use the rideshare app to accept rides, track navigation, and handle digital payments.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant ride experience for all passengers.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage and maintenance in the driver portal.
- Communicate effectively with passengers regarding delays or route changes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Ownership of a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer is preferred).
- A valid vehicle registration and proof of auto insurance.
- A reliable smartphone (Android or iOS) with a high-speed data plan.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and a vehicle inspection.
