Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers from designated locations and deliver them to their destinations in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Utilize the mobile app to accept rides, track GPS navigation, and manage payments efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during every trip.
- Communicate effectively with passengers to answer questions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
- Have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
- Own or have reliable access to a 4-door vehicle (sedan, SUV, or minivan) that is no older than 15 years.
- Have a current smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a data plan.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle records (MVR) review.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
