Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to passengers.
- Familiarize yourself with the provided vehicle and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Utilize the mobile app to accept rides, track earnings, and navigate efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance, both in vehicle presentation and demeanor.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Durham local regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
