Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers at their requested locations and drop them off at their destination safely and in a timely manner.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and presentable for passengers at all times.
- Follow all local traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure ride for everyone.
- Use the mobile app efficiently to accept ride requests, navigate routes, and process payments.
- Communicate effectively with passengers to answer questions and provide a high-quality customer service experience.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- A reliable, insured, and registered vehicle that meets our safety standards.
- Current auto insurance coverage.
- Smartphone with internet connectivity to access the driver app.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
