Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous transportation to passengers via rideshare platform
- Maintain clean, well-maintained vehicle with required documentation
- Optimize routes to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
- Deliver exceptional customer service with positive attitude
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Track earnings and expenses through our driver app
- Complete mandatory safety training and vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong knowledge of Jersey City geography
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights/weekends required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must own or lease a 4-door vehicle (2010+ model)
