Responsibilities
- Pick up passengers from various locations in Saint Paul and drop them off safely and on time.
- Utilize the mobile app to navigate routes, accept ride requests, and track earnings.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and well-maintained vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, parking regulations, and company policies.
- Greet passengers courteously, assist with luggage if necessary, and ensure they feel comfortable during the ride.
- Verify passenger identity using the app's safety features and keep doors closed when the vehicle is in motion.
- Report any accidents, road hazards, or vehicle maintenance issues immediately through the app.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- A current, valid auto insurance policy on the vehicle.
- A smartphone with a reliable data connection (Android or iOS) capable of running our app.
- Access to a 4-door vehicle that is 10 years old or newer (if applicable to the service tier).
- Ability to pass a background check and a vehicle inspection.
