Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their requested destinations in a clean and comfortable vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger and public safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Use the mobile application to accept rides, navigate routes, and process payments efficiently.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and support staff regarding any delays or issues.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and vehicle registration checks as required by policy.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of Missouri.
- A clean driving record with no serious traffic violations or DUIs within the last 7 years.
- Access to a 4-door vehicle that is 10 years old or newer (or in excellent condition).
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience (varies by region).
- A valid, active smartphone (iOS or Android) with data capabilities.
- Pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (luggage or equipment) without assistance.
