Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to destinations using the CityRide Connect app
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional vehicle appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, courteous interactions
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation for efficient pickups and drop-offs
- Complete all trips safely and punctually while adhering to traffic laws
- Submit trip documentation and maintain accurate records
- Participate in ongoing training programs for service excellence
Qualifications
- Valid US driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- Personal vehicle model 2010+ with 4+ doors and valid insurance
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
