Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable transportation to riders using our app-based platform
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle meeting all safety standards
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete all trip transactions and documentation accurately
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service during every ride
- Report vehicle maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer, 4-door preferred)
- Smartphone with reliable data connection
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Basic knowledge of Buffalo area navigation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be at least 21 years old
