Responsibilities
- Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to riders across Portland metro area
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety and appearance standards
- Optimize routes using real-time navigation tools to maximize efficiency and rider satisfaction
- Complete all required pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional demeanor
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare platform regulations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance service quality
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon driver's license with minimum 3 years of clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (2010 or newer) with 4 doors and valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with rideshare app navigation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with strong time management
- Pass background check and drug screening requirements
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Basic knowledge of Portland metro area geography
