Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations using the CityRide mobile app
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained vehicle that meets all safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service and navigate efficiently using GPS technology
- Complete trips in accordance with NYC TLC regulations and CityRide policies
- Track earnings and optimize routes to maximize income potential
- Report maintenance issues and complete required vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Valid New York State driver's license with at least 1 year of experience
- Pass background check and vehicle inspection requirements
- Smartphone with reliable data connection and GPS capability
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of NYC boroughs and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
- Minimum age of 21 with proof of auto insurance
