Responsibilities
- Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation to passengers using the designated rideshare app.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and in-car navigation systems to ensure passengers arrive at their destinations on time.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable before each shift.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and local ordinances.
- Assist passengers with luggage, packages, or special requests to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Collect payments securely through the app and provide accurate change if applicable.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle maintenance issues immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Smartphone compatible with iOS or Android operating systems.
- Reliable access to a vehicle (if not provided) or ability to accept provided vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
