Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using CityRide-provided equipment
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and professionalism of company vehicles
- Optimize earnings by accepting ride requests through our mobile app
- Complete all required pre-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance checks
- Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and positive reviews
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and CityRide safety protocols
- Submit accurate trip reports and earnings documentation
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Pass comprehensive background and motor vehicle record checks
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Columbus area
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency (training provided)
- Minimum 21 years of age
- No major moving violations in past 3 years
